Meet Your Counselor:  Lisa Phelps, M.Ed., LPCC-S, NCC


Lisa is a nationally certified licensed professional counselor with over twelve years' experience in the counseling field.  She utilizes evidence-based practices adapted to meet the unique needs of each client to assist them on their healing journey.  She offers confidential in-person and telehealth sessions.   

​Her hobbies include reading, traveling, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.  Her favorite place (besides home) is any beach or mountain.

Counseling services at Advanced Primary Care are recommended based on need or request. The following services are offered: Mental health assessments, trauma assessments, grief counseling, short term stabilization and therapeutic support, individual counseling, group support and therapy. Counseling can help a person process their experiences, learn effective social and problem-solving skills, and improve self-esteem. Counseling also seeks to educate and empower individuals and families to proactively manage mental health issues.

$200 per month, up to 4 sessions per month, or $80 per session. 

Additional sessions $60 per session.
